The North Tonawanda Neighborhood Watch is spreading holiday cheer this year with the launch of two impactful donation drives aimed at supporting local families and community members in need. The organization invites everyone to participate in these initiatives to help bring joy and comfort to residents of North Tonawanda during the holiday season.
In collaboration with the Orchid Adult Day Care, the NT Neighborhood Watch is hosting a gift card drive to provide essential items and treats for the residents. The drive encourages donations of $10 gift cards from local stores like Dollar General, Tops, or Dollar Tree. Monetary contributions are also welcome via Venmo (@NTWatch) and will be used to purchase gift cards for Orchid’s members. Donations can be dropped off at 439 Deerfield Dr, North Tonawanda, with a deadline of December 18. This effort will help brighten the holiday season for those in adult care, ensuring they receive thoughtful gifts and needed essentials.
The NT Neighborhood Watch is also collecting new, unwrapped games, puzzles, and arts and crafts supplies for the Boys and Girls Club at Spruce School. The "Fill Santa’s Bag" drive aims to provide gifts for children ages 5-9, helping to make their holiday season magical. Donations can be delivered to 439 Deerfield Dr, North Tonawanda, or sent via Venmo (@NTWatch). The deadline for contributions is December 15. With the support of the community, this drive will help put smiles on the faces of local children and ensure a memorable Christmas.
The NT Neighborhood Watch encourages everyone in the community to take part in these drives. Whether through gift cards, toys, or monetary donations, your support can make a significant impact. Together, we can bring joy to both young and old this holiday season.
